Responsibilities

 Daily services provided are fire investigations, fire inspections, responding to emergency medical calls, fire safety and prevention programs for industry and businesses, and fire safety program curriculum for school children. 

Staff

The Charles City Fire Department is comprised of local firefighters who serve the community to prevent and respond to emergencies. Answering the call of duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to save lives and property in Charles City, St. Charles Township, and the surrounding area by mutual aid agreement.
