Mayor Andrews has set trick or treating in Charles City for October 31, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. He is encouraging everyone to practice CDC COVID-19 protocol, such as maintaining 6' distances. if a homeowner wishes to participate in trick or treating, please put your porch light on.
