1. When Do I Need A Permit?: A permit is required when work is performed within the City's right-of-way. You can download the permit form from the Engineering web site, complete it, and deliver it to City Hall with the appropriate fee. Work has to be performed by a licensed contractor. Application Form

What forms of identification verification do I need to apply?: You will need to have a state certified birth certificate for any minors in the household (a receipt/proof of one on order will be accepted until document arrives), a social security card for all household members listed on the application (print out from an agency with name and number listed will be accepted or a receipt/letter stating one is on order will be accepted until card arrives), and a state issued picture identification for all household members over 18 years of age, and proof of preferences.
