The Consumer Confidence Report (also known as Water Quality Report of CCR) is required y the U.S. EPA under the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996. The Iowa Department of Natural Resources administers Iowa's Drinking Water Program, as delegated by the U.S. EPA.
