There are two programs available through NIACOG in Mason City that could provide funds for home repairs to those who qualify living in Floyd County. One is the Emergency Home Repair Program for those over the age of 62 and disabled. The other program is the Cerro Gordo and Floyd County Home Repair Program and is available to Cerro Gordo or Floyd County residents with a priority being given to those who are over 62 and/or disabled.
